Materials: Book: Covers are goat leather, silk endband thread, Suede flyleaf, leather doublure. Hand tooled gold letters on cover and back-pared onlays in red letters. The paper is Velin Arches and the printing was by letterpress, involving photopolymer plates throughout. This book is copy number 146/150. Signed by Andy Moore.
Clamshell: Covered in bookcloth and lined with suede. Suede cushions on all three sides of small tray.
Slipcase: This is to hold the clamshell, covered in bookcloth.
This is a book designed and executed by the calligrapher and Illustrator Andy Moore. It is a poem by John Keats, "A Song About Myself". The red onlay letters spell out the title. The gold hand tooled letters represent the letters he carried in his backpack on his journey.
