Re-imagines an urban natural area photographed on a daily walk as a scene inhabited by characters from a 14th century manuscript. Being quiet and still in the woods has been a special refuge this past year, immersed in the world of fields and trees, sticks and leaves, far away from the threats that have become a part of daily life. By allowing myself to be absorbed into the place, coming to notice how much detail is often unseen, it became no great stretch to imagine scenes such as these.
