Materials: Gray pages with glassine windows over silver lustre paper, handmade paper covers, black goatskin, metallic floss, found object cover.

 

This theme brings to mind a carnival peep show. What might you see and is it real? Pages have cut circle windows and glassine images revealing just part of the scene; mirrored fun house, tarot card reading, partially revealed nude shows, seance, bottled curiosities and creepy locations. The book is a modified drum leaf binding. The cover includes a found object sewn to the cover with metallic floss to imitate the iris of the eye.
