Like many others of my generation, I strive to present myself as organized and well-functioning, even during times of imbalance or distress.  To this end I've developed various strategies for dealing with anxiety and its frequent side-kick, depression. Bleak to Happy was created using some of my favorite tactics - word games, doodling, stream of conscious and overwriting.
